Bunga Citra Lestari Have Left A month Lose Weight
As experienced by many other mothers, body weight artist Bunga Citra Lestari (BCL) increased after birth to her first child, last September. Ashraf Sinclair's wife's body weight was increased by 24 kg, and can only be reduced 13 Kg.
"I've been down 13 Kg, 24 Kg rising since yesterday, so now there are 11 Kg else should I cut in a month," said Bunga Citra Lestari at the JCC, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (09/11/2010).
Bunga Citra Lestari trying to reduce to the original body weight within a month ahead. Because she will return to activities in the entertainment world at the beginning of next month.
"If people say it about a year back to normal weight, let alone have to breastfeed. Because we're not able to eat less. I can not diet and reducing all kinds because I had to breastfeed her. I prefer my way, which is important baby healthy," Bunga Citra Lestari explained .
For two months, the Bunga Citra Lestari has been successfully lowered to 13 kg, all lived in a fair and still provide milk to the child. To girl also body fat is complicated, to the effect on all clothing and jewelry she was wearing.
