Kelsey Grammer, the 55-year-old Emmy-winning actor, is engaged to be married to his 29-year-old girlfriend Kayte Walsh, a former British flight attendant.
"Yes, they're engaged. They're very happy and very much in love. They never announced it because he wanted to be discreet and enjoy the good news privately." the actor’s rep confirmed to People.
Grammer has been married three times. In July, he filed for divorce from his third wife Camille Donatacci, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star, after 13 years of marriage, citing irreconcilable differences. He has two children with Camille and two older daughters from previous relationships.
Walsh and Grammer met each other in NYC. She was pregnant with Grammer's child a few months ago but tragically suffered a miscarriage in September.
