Paul Abdul, the former American Idol judge, is the lead judge on a new CBS’ reality-competition series titled Live to Dance.
According to CBS, Paula Abdul will serve as the executive producer, mentor and lead expert. She will be joined by host Andrew Gunsberg, who is known as the co-host of Australian Idol. The other two judges on the panel are choreographer/director Travis Payne (from Michael Jackson’s This Is It) and singer/dancer Kimberly Wyatt from the Pussycat Dolls.
The dance competition, which will give its winner $500,000 grand prize, is scheduled to debut with a special two hour episode on Tuesday, January 4 (8:00-10:00 PM), before moving to its regular Wednesday 8-9 PM time period the following night, Jan. 5.
